Minutes for April 18th Susan moved to approve the minutes from April 18. Matt seconded.
Other Business
Nominations for office – elections for June
Steven Scott nominated for Chairperson
Christina Crow nominated for Vice-Chair and secretary
Force Tolar nominated for treasurer
Finalize discussion of coordinator job evaluation process.
Copies of performance evaluation form were given to all present at the meeting. Bob explained that the form will be given to three reviewers and then completed forms will be reviewed with Jenna. Officer McRae made a motion to approve the forms and evaluation process. Motion carried.
Marketing
Chronicle group ad: Yes we will run the in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle as part of the group advertisers.
Jenna will check if ad will also run in the Belgrade News.
Jenna is working on DUI update article for newspaper to run close to graduation (stats and traffic safety). Jenna is still working on getting stats for all local agencies for this article.
Project for Community Service Volunteer? Suggestions given were:
Organize photo shoot with law enforcement to use in advertising

Holiday postcard mailing list.
New Business
We need to approve 2008 DUI Task Force Plan at the next meeting
We did get TV coverage for the Swimming Upstream Awards. Jenna has a DVD clip. They never mentioned the awards were for community work on alcohol-related issues.
Signage for Madison River access. Jenna is working on finding out who will install these signs and how much it will cost to produce the signs.
Finances
Discuss and approve 2008 Fiscal Budget. Susan motioned to approve. Jeff McRae seconded. Motion carried.
Report on 2007 plan and proposal for 2008 plan
Jenna will put together a report for the state in July. The proposed plan is due in June and will need to be voted on at the June meeting.
Mini-grant report for 2007
Community
Law Enforcement
Overtime patrols
Vote on mini-grant application. ADGSC
The consensus of the board was yes for the mini-grant contingent on the following condition: Positive alcohol result will be reported to the court within five days.
ASMSU Community Outreach Committee, Kezia Vernon asked for $3000.00 for 2007-2008 school year The Streamline late night service will be a $100,000 increase from last year.
Bozeman High School requested funds for Senior Sober. This was referred to MADD.
Jenna mentioned there is an opportunity to go after an additional grant with the state.
